The site was simple to get around, and the pages loaded just fine for me. I found what I needed, without too much hassle. A few parts could be a little clearer, but overall, it was a good experience

"Helpful, but slow replies"
It was okay overall. Not bad. Just slow. I waited longer than I expected for replies, and yeah, it got a bit annoying. They did get back to me in the end. And they were helpful enough. Just wish it was quicker

I ordered a few bits from ryderamies.co.uk and, to be fair, everything showed up exactly as I’d chosen it. Sizes, colours and items were all correct, which was a relief because I always half-expect something to go wrong when ordering online.

i’m never keen on having to deal with customer service, as it usually feels like a hassle and you don’t always get a straight answer. Luckily I didn’t have to chase anything or send anything back this time, so I’m happy with how it all went.

"Great value and a smooth order"
I ordered from ryderamies.co.uk and was really pleased with it. The price was better than a few other places I’d checked, and the quality was solid too. Everything arrived without any issues, so it felt like a really good deal overall. If the prices stay this competitive, I’d happily order from them again!

Ordered from ryderamies.co.uk and the item itself was fine, but returning it was annoying. It took longer than I expected just to get clear info, and I ended up having to chase it up myself?! Not the worst experience ever, but the returns process definitely needs to be smoother. I’d probably think twice before ordering again.

"Refund came through, but it shouldn’t have been that hard"
My order wasn’t right, so I asked for a refund, and it took way longer than it should have. I had to follow up more than once before I got a proper response, which made the whole thing more stressful than necessary. The money did come back in the end, so I’ll give them that, but I don’t think it’s fair to make customers chase for something they’re owed. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely not a refund process I’d want to deal with again.

"Good experience overall"
I ordered from ryderamies.co.uk and, for what I needed, it was a smooth experience. The delivery turned up when they said it would, and the tracking was decent enough. There was one point where the updates seemed to lag a bit, but since the package arrived fine and on time, it wasn’t really a big issue for me.

Well... I asked what I thought was a simple question and the reply I got felt quite blunt. It didn’t really seem like they were that interested in helping, which was a bit disappointing.

"Decent service, but booking was a hassle"
I booked with Ryder & Amies and, to be fair, the actual service was okay. No real complaints there. But getting an appointment that actually worked for me was a bit of a pain. The times they offered felt limited, especially if you work normal hours. I also had to wait longer than I expected to hear back when I needed to change it. So... not the worst experience, but it definitely made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be...

I needed to swap a jumper for a different size, and to be fair, the process itself was straightforward. It just took longer than I expected to get a reply, which was a bit frustrating. The new one arrived in the end and it was all fine, but quicker updates would make a big difference. If someone’s just waiting to know what’s happening, a little communication goes a long way. Overall, not a bad experience, but not amazing either.

I hired my gown from here and was relieved by how simple it all was. The staff were friendly, the fit was fine, and pickup and return were both super easy. No stress, no fuss, which put me in a much better mood.

"Decent hoodie, but the fit threw me off"
My order showed up a little later than I expected, which wasn’t a huge deal, but still kind of annoying. The stitching looks decent overall, at least from what I can tell. The sizing on the hoodie felt a bit weird though. Maybe I ordered the wrong size or maybe I’m just being picky, but it didn’t fit quite how I thought it would.

"Better Selection Than I Expected"
I stopped by Ryder Amies and was actually impressed, they had a better selection than I thought they would. I found the item I came in for, plus a few other options I hadn’t really considered. Not everything was in stock, which was a little annoying, but overall I was happy with the visit.

I booked a collection with Ryder & Amies it was a really easy experience from start to finish. The driver arrived within the time slot, and the pickup was quick with no hassle at all. I also got a message beforehand, which was really helpful and made it feel well organised. Based on my experience, I’d definitely use them again.
